Accounts Receivable Clerk

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you serve as an integral part of the Finance Department function by supporting the Credit Team.

  • Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures 
  • Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
  • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Hand over all cash receipts to the General Cashier with receipt copy


  • Previous experience in credit card processing and customer billing is ideal
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience in financial reporting, financial spreadsheets and auditing is advantageous
  • Excellent English language communication skills along with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
