IT Assistant

As the IT Assistant you will provide maintenance and support for desktop and laptop computers and provide end user support for hardware and software problems. You will also be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, administering and troubleshooting equipment and software necessary for operation of the Local Area Network, Phone Systems, and the Audio Visual Department as needed.

  • Handle hotel guest technology related inquiry and assistance.
  • Maintain and manage list of support issues and coordinate with the vendor or service provider for an immediate resolution.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to existing systems
  • Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support
  • Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described 
  • Communicate and enforce adherence to all company IT security standards, practices and requirements
  • Ensure that access to hotel systems and technology are protected from unauthorized access.
  • Perform routine and operational tasks


  • University Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 6 months - 1 year hospitality operations/systems experience and or systems support exposure is ideal
  • Experience in a networked computer environment
  • Excellent English (oral and written) communications skills required
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills required
