Housekeeping Room Attendant

As a Room Attendant, you serve as an integral part of the Rooms Division function by supporting the Housekeeping Team. You will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Maximize customer satisfaction by providing neat and clean rooms in accordance with the standards of the brand and the hotel
  • Keep trolley organized with linen and other supplies
  • Clean all rooms as assigned according to the day’s requirement and according to the standards set by the hotel
  • Ensure that all items are clean well pressed with no tears or stains when making the beds and changing the linen supplies 
  • Must exercise extreme and proper care in handling guests’ valuable items found in the room
  • Keep linen room clean, tidy and organized at all times


  • Minimum 1-2 years of housekeeping room attendant experience  in a 5 star luxury hotel chain within the middle east is ideal
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Can work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
  • Strong leadership ability along with good English communication skills
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Flexible with attention to detail
