As a Waiter/Waitress, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests 
  • Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while maintaining consistency in the standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the food and beverage operation
  • Take a hands on approach in the operation of the outlet
  • Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
  • Assist in controlling the requisitioning, storage, and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies
  • Liaise with the supporting departments on daily operation and quality
  • Ensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
  • Ensure that all associates provide courteous and professional service at all times.


  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience required in a 4 or 5 star hotel
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or any F&B Certification
  • Must deal in a polite and sophisticated manner
  • Enthusiastic, courteous, helpful to colleagues & hotel guests
  • Can  work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Enjoy working with a multi-cultural team and hotel guests
  • Excellent Guest Relation Skills
  • Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
  • Multiple language ability is considered as additional advantage
