Chef de Partie

As Chef de Partie, you serve as an integral component of the outlet function by supporting the Kitchen Team.

  • Ensure the efficient operation of food production in the area that you are put in charge of by the Outlet Chef
  • Constantly analyze cost and quality of food production, manage within the set budget and adhere to time management accordingly
  • Ensure safe, quality food products and complete guest satisfaction
  • Maintain the highest food quality and controls for all food products served in all areas, according to the needs and desires of the company
  • Work within monthly-set food cost budget, adjust food requisitions and control Waste. 
  • Guarantee that menus, recipes, methods, pictures and specifications given by the Sous Chef/Outlet Chef is followed exactly
  • Check kitchen buffets, action stations, and food displays for creativity, Quality, cleanliness and food safety, and assure timely set up, schedules well trained Cooks in all areas in proper uniform.

Requirements:  

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience at the Chef de Partie or similar position in a luxury brand hotel chain
  • Good team player required
  • Enthusiastic, courteous, helpful to colleagues & hotel guests
  • Can work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Enjoy working with a multi-cultural team and hotel guests
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Excellent English communication skills
